For Same Week Bookings: I require 48 hour’s notice ( business hours) 

  1. For All Other Bookings / clients who book 7 days or more ahead: I require rescheduling notification before you receive your confirmation text (which will be approximately 6-12 days before your appointment).

  2. Only one rescheduling: is allowed before 48 hours or before confirming.

  3. Only one rescheduling: is allowed for clients who booked 7 days or more ahead before please reschedule before our confirmation text. Once you confirm your appointment any rescheduling there will be a fee.

  4. Clients rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hour notice OR after confirming the confirmation text will be charged a reschedule fee, which is 50% of the appointment’s menu price.

  5. Same day reschedule:will be charged a reschedule fee, which is 100% of the appointment’s menu price

  6. Clients can reschedule appointments by texting or phone call at 408-464-9166


I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

All services are non refundable but i will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge

  • The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by me . You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.

  • It is important you contact the me as soon as you are unhappy so i can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

  • Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones will require more than one service to achieve your desired result.
